How do I request a refund?

Our Refund Policy

Because we are a subscription service, we require cancellation prior to your renewal date if you do not want to be charged.

For this reason we're not able to issue refunds or partial refunds for cancellations made on or after the first day of your subscription contract regardless of usage.

You can view your current subscription plan, details and contract dates in your subscription settings.

How to Request a Refund

If you'd like to request a refund on your account, please follow the steps below and we'll make sure you're taken care of within 24 hours:

  1. First, checked that you are logged into the correct Twenty20 account.
  2. Then submit your refund inquiry here.

Can I return the photos I licensed?
Because we pay photographers every time their photo is licensed, you cannot return a photo after licensing it. Regardless of if you use the photo, when, or where, it is yours to keep in perpetuity!
