How do I purchase a photo?
You can license a photo on Twenty20 by purchasing one of our subscription plans

How do subscriptions work on Twenty20?
When you purchase a subscription on Twenty20, your plan will automatically renew on a monthly or annual basis. View your plan details or manage your subscription in your Subscription Settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by clicking "cancel your subscription" at the bottom of your Subscription Settings. After canceling, your subscription will not renew at the end of your contract period.

Where can I find my invoices and receipts?
You can view your billing invoices and receipts here in your settings.

I don't recognize this charge from Twenty20. Why am I being charged?
It sounds like you've subscribed to one of our subscription plans. This is a service that renews on a regular basis, so payments come out automatically at each billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription prior to your contract renewal dates to avoid being billed at the start of your next contract period.

Can't find a subscription or invoices in your account? You may have another account on Twenty20. We recommend checking your email inboxes for any emails from Twenty20. In some cases, you may have started a 7-day trial and forgot to cancel.

How can I use the photos I license?
Every photo you license on Twenty20 comes with our standard royalty-free license. This means you can use our photos:

  • An unlimited number of times digitally
  • With no limit on duration or location of use
  • For up to 10,000 print runs
  • With $1,000 in indemnification for commercially cleared photos

Depending on how you plan on using the photo, you may need to filter your results by photos cleared for commercial use. We also offer an enhanced license with additional print runs and indemnification. To learn more about custom plans, click here

When do I need photos cleared for commercial use?
If you plan on using the photo for promoting or selling a product or service (ex: in an advertisement or on your website), then you will need to use photos that have been approved for commercial usage.
