I'm not receiving emails from Twenty20

If you have an account on Twenty20 and are having trouble receiving emails from us, there are a couple possible reasons you may not be receiving emails: 

  • You may have turned off email notifications in your settings. You can manage your email notifications by following these instructions.
  • You may have marked an email from Twenty20 as spam. In these cases, we're not able to continue to send emails to the address on file.
  • You may have signed up under a different email address. If you're not able to find any emails from us in your inbox, you may have signed up under an alternate email address. We recommend checking your other email inboxes for any emails from Twenty20.
